The Tenth Fleet Naval Command, Cyber warfare & drones, Cyberspace

The U.S. Tenth Fleet is a functional formation and a numbered fleet of the US Navy.  It was first created as an anti submarine warfare coordinating organization during the Battle of the Atlantic in the Second World War. It was reactivated as a force provider for Fleet Cyber Command in 2010. The U.S. Tenth Fleet serves as U.S. Fleet Cyber Command exercising control of assigned naval forces to coordinate with naval coalitions, Joint Task Forces to execute the full spectrum of cyber, electronic warfare, information operations, signal intelligence capabilities and missions across the cyber, electromagnetic, and space domains.  We will discuss the drone Silver Bullet Program under the Obama Admin.  Over 3008 people have been killed since 2004 by our drones, mainly in Afghanistan & Yemen.  It brings into question the AUMF, authorization of use of military force that was due to 911 attack.  The AUMF states the international law no longer applies to the rules of engagement in war.

We will also discuss the effects of automated technology, personal internet use and breaches of internet confidentiality.
