How the death of Seth Rich shielded the truth of Russian collusion

Mueller testifies in Congress on Wed.  According to Trump, he states that Article II of the Constitution allows him to do "anything he wants" as president.  Article II states he must faithfully execute his office within the law and not hold the constitution in contempt in relations to bribes, treason or high crimes and misdemeanors.  Does Donald Trump comprehend his oath and will Mueller reveal anything more that what he has already.  Comey stated his intent was never to prosecute Trump, a sitting president.  AG Barr states, Mueller could have led on that Trump was worthy of an indictment.
