If you died tomorrow, would it matter in America who was President?

If you died tomorrow, would it matter if Donald Trump was singlehandedly reshaping the Western Hemisphere to his narrow world view?

Could you simply ignore him and decide what paint you wanted for your next bedroom/home project?  

It doesn't matter in America, but if you lived under Khomeni in Iran, it may matter.  Our lives are intrusive as we allow them to be.  We can simply ignore headline news until the next creeper comes to our town and blows out people in a Mall.

Or ir we pay attention to the news, while people are dying in Yemen and Venezuela, we get to hear about how 2 weeks after the Mueller investigation, no one can decide what to tell America.

After all, the news is not real.  Only the BBC.
