The historical context of Israel Ilhan Omar does not understand

Ilhan Omar may be a little too idealistic.  She calls Americans who are loyal to Israel as loyal to a foreign entity but she does not understand the scope of what the Judeo Christian connection is to Israel.  She is directly responsible for targeting Israel without understanding the historical scope and significance of this country.  Israel was established to protect the Jews who had been persecuted worldwide since WWII.  It is critical the U.S. backs her.

Tom Friedman, an author and expert in the Middle East says this about Omar:  She was perfectly poised to be a bridge builder btwn Muslims and Jews, between Arabs and Israelis, She has become a bridge destroyer.

He points out that she can express disappointment in the past about Obama and drones and other things but is she there to be constructive or destructive??
