Spitting on or near a cop is a felony, a true Duluth story

Tonight's episode is how a Duluth,Minnesota man told all his friends he spit on a sidewalk after being assaulted and was arrested for a 4th degree felony for spitting directly at a cop.  Wait til you hear this story.  Cleaver Heming was also billed while in the hospital on a police hold $31,000 by Essentia St. Marys which they recouped within 2 weeks, stripping his inheritance. He was under the influence of synthetic marijuana and acting erratic.  The truth is, he was attacked at the Holiday Center by someone he was provoking but did not cooperate with the local security guard and police who called an ambulance for him.  His story will be revealed.  Jane has the full police report.

We will also discuss the Cedric Anderson story, A Native American who was tased by local police in Duluth in 2013 and temporarily died.  He was resuscitated in St. Luke's hospital.  He experienced kidney failure and respiratory failure.  Some of the hospital reports did not match the police reports.  He tested positive for synthetic marijuana.  He was never formally charged but kept in the jail for being mentally deficient under "Rule 20."
