Natalie Sist Talks Live with Author Louise Hamlin

S:6 E:261 Our guest, Louise Hamlin says of herself until recently, her life experiences were pretty conventional. She is a divorced mother of three and a law lecturer. Then she met my second husband. They moved to the country and she started to make pots.

Their life was idyllic until her husband’s untimely death at the comparatively young age of 71. This was a terrible, heart-breaking loss, which seemed to leave nothing but devastation in its wake. But then slowly the grief became shot through with threads of joy because, against all expectation, Louise started to receive signs and messages from him.

Her book, WhatsApps from Heaven, Bereavement in the Twenty-first Century, is an account both of her bereavement and of the amazing signs that she received— and continues to receive up to this day.

Louise had no belief in the afterlife until she amazingly received signs which, in her eyes, were quite irrefutable. Now she finds immense comfort in knowing that consciousness survives death, and she wants to share her story, to bring solace to others who are bereaved.
