Hello and welcome to my blogtalkradio show this evening at 5:30 PM.  This show is a live talk radio show and I am so excited to annnounce my next special Guest is the extremely talented Britich Singer-Songwriter and performing musician,  the much LOVED, JAMES MADDOCK.  James made teh move from his hometown Leicester, England and has been based in New York City since his arrival in 2003.

Maddock's first PUBLIC SUCCESS in the United States was with his band WOOD, whose album (Songs from Stamford Hill) Columbia Records produced multiple songs appearing on the most popular hit TV Show "DAWSON'S CREEEK", including the top # 5 single "STAY YOU".  James though being British, is largely associated with the Americana Music Style.  James appeared on CBS "THIS MORNING" and on  "THE DAVID LETTERMAN SHOW".  James has also graced us here in Asbury Park, NJ with his unique talent at numerous "LIGHT OF DAY CONCERTS",  "The STONE PONY" and The WONDER BAR" as well.

James performed with Bruce Springsten and Willie Nile, sang on an Album with Susan Mc Keown and was featured on National Public Radio and "MOUNTAIN STAGE."  In addition he was given one of the greatest compliments that a Musician could ever receive by "IDOTS DELIGHT" founder and free form radio legend VIN SCELSAI who called Maddock's work "heartbreakingly beautiful and exquisitely crafted...touches the soul."

Bio/ Alan Semerdjian, New York City
