Louise Chantál is a 24-year-old British-Guyanese vocalist, songwriter, model, and creative director. Born in London, and growing up in New York City, Chantál studied at New York University’s prestigious Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. She currently resides in Los Angeles while pursuing music with full force. Released through Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records, Chantál was featured and co-wrote on the song “Caan Dun” by Bermudian Producer and DJ Noise Cans. The opportunity lead to a string of tour dates, headlining a showcase at the SXSW Music Festival, performing during Miami Music Week, and joining multiple dates for Jillionaire of Major Lazer’s Chicken-N-Beer event series. Additionally, Chantál performed at New York Fashion Week, a private party for MCM x Red and closed out a summer season of Everyday People at La Marina in Los Angeles. Described as a “vocal force” by Saint Heron, Chantál has crooned her way into the hearts of thousands of fans with her melodic songs, ravenous covers, and ethereal vocals. Her music has been featured in The FADER, Time, Revolt TV, Mass Appeal, and Wonderland. Defined as a “style aesthete” by Vogue, Chantál has modeled for brands including ELLE, JoyRich, MATTE, and Valfre. Additionally, she has partnered with apparel companies including Puma, Fashion Nova, Pretty Little Thing, Nasty Gal, and cosmetics companies, including Lime Crime and Ego. Additionally, Chantál has directed editorials featured on Lady Gunn, Saint Heron, Galore, MISSBISH, and more.
