First up will be a 10 bell salute to our recently fallen brother of the ring Sean O'Haire who passed away earlier this week at the age of 43.

Kicking of the show: we spend a whole lot more than THREE MINUTES talking to a man whose family name is synonymous with professional wrestling, Matt Anoai, the wrestler formerly known as Rosey. We'll talk about growing up around the wrestling business, getting trained by his uncles, teaming with his cousin, Three Minute Warning, working with Shane Helms and the current generation of the family which includes his brother, current WWE star Roman Reigns

Our roundtable will cover Bellator MMA. Why? Because a current World Heavyweight Champion fought on the card. But, there was another situation that occurred that looks like it came right out of the wrestling booking playbook. We will also try to discuss Del Rio & his won lawsuit, Punk & his 22 page complaint, Seth Rollins & his near impaling, & the rest of the week that was.
