Ashley Nell Tipton - Episode #201

Ashley?Nell Tipton won season 14 of Project Runway in 2015. She went on to sign a contract with JCPenny to design and be a brand ambassador for their Boutique+, a line designed specifically for plus-size customers. She has also designed plus sized patterns for Simplicity and her own jewelry line for K&M Accessories. Gifted in understanding the needs of the plus-size consumer?Ashley?released?her first line of apparel and eyewear?in November of 2017 and continues to work as a design consultant for other brands. On the show Ashley talks about why she decided to have weight loss surgery in the height of her success, being overwhelmed by fame, and what’s next for her budding empire!
