At the Sankofa 2020:Agri-Hood Farm, Queen Amina's innovative designs come to life in the form of 'Living Salads,' 'Gardens On A Postage Stamp,' 'Portable Produce,' and 'Juicing Gardens'-all unique and hassle-free creations.  Queen Amina is an urban agriculturist, gardener, and social justice activist dedicated to addressing food insecurity, apartheid, and deserts in South Sacramento's Black community. Her aim is to establish 100 gardens in the Meadowview food desert community. Queen Amina's mission is to provide a variety of fresh, nutritionally dense, non-GMO, pesticide-free fruits and vegetables to improve the immune systems of Black people and their families, thereby reducing the risk of health issues.  The Sankofa 2020 Agri-Hood Farmers Market offers culturally curated seasonal vegetables and fruits, providing all the favorite foods needed for a healthy lifestyle throughout the year.
