This topic is structured from Mark 6:14-29, regarding the beheading of John the Baptist by ruler Herod Antipas of Galilee. It comes from the truth that John the Baptist believed that it was unlawful for Antipas to marry his living bother's wife (Herodias) and his own niece. Herodias did not like John the Baptist truth, so through Antipas promise to Herodias' daughter to give her whatever she wanted, in consulted with her mother, she chose to have John the Baptist beheaded for proof that Antipas had killed him and did not just hide him with his head delivered to her on a platter and Antipas had him executed.
With that being said, the topic is "The Truth Hurts" addressing when Christians have to stand in the truth and the obstacles they have to overcome in doing so.
