Jeannie Cheatham is a legendary vocalist, pianist, songwriter, bandleader, and author. In 2012, she received the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Outstanding and Invaluable Service to the Community. Jeannie was Woman of the Year for Wisconsin Women of the Arts with Judy Chicago. She is the author of Meet Me With Your Black Drawers On: My Life In Music available at Amazon Books, Barnes & Noble, Wordery, and University of Texas Press.
