Join host Robert Fisher for a stimulating talk with Henry Cross,  Henry's career has spanned from educator to community service to, as Executor Director of Hosh Yoga, providing wellness programs in a self-sustaining fashion to over 3000 children, adults and seniors each month. Henry also serves on a local NYC Community Board and Neighborhood Advisory Board. His life experiences and career have brought him to a place where self/community and service converge into a space where contemplastion arises.
