So I was recently riding with some of my patnas in the whip and one thing we almost never can seem to agree on is what to bump in the car while we out cruising and partying. Now I have a wide variety of patnas. Some are businesmen, some are hustlaz, some work normal jobs, and some only exclusively do music. But the funny thing is, the BUSINESSMEN listen to the most gangsta music. Then some of the hustlaz really don't, listen to a lot of rap. This is totally backwards to me. Now I understand to SOME people music is just music but I've proven time again that music can tell you a lot about someones personality. So if someone wears a suit everyday, but all they listen to is Pimp C or Jeezy, which part actually tells you the TRUTH about their inner self? See you can wear a suite and talk intelligent because you get paid to do it. But you listen to the music you really like, and if you can't relate, why would you bump it? So if your man walks around in jeans and a white tee but all he listens to is TREY SONGS all the time, well you may have a problem Houston! So here goes: Does the music you really listen to the most reflect the type of person you really are? Do you evealuate what music someone of the opposite sex listens to when you kick it with them? If the music someone listens to does not match a persons LOOK does that make you suspicious or more watchful of them in ANY way? What do you think mostly determines what type of music people listen to, their upbringing, their current lifestyle, or where they are from? Do you listen to any music that would surprise even your closest friends, a style or artist you only listen to when you are alone? Is there certain music that should be off limits to a certain group of people, for instance, should people who say they are CHRISTIANS listen to SECULAR music? Yeah I saved that question for last on purpose! Its also MASHAMUTHAF***A MONDAY your chance to vent.
