ormer LAPD Chief Bernard Parks will discuss just what still needs to be done to completely reform the LAPD and the debate over the reappointment of LAPD Chief Michel Moore. He'll discuss this issue in an exclusive interview on The Earl Ofari Hutchinson Show on Blogtalkradio.com at 9 AM PST Wednesday, January 4.

"LAPD reforms are still a major bone of contention-just what has been done and still needs to be done," says Hutchinson, " This is again a hot button issue given the current debate over whether current chief Moore should be reappointed.
