 Celebrity couple Styles P. & Adjua Styles Chat re:  "VH-1 Couples Retreat" show, which premieres May 16, 2022 9pm (Eastern/Pacific) on VH-1. 

On VH1 Couples Retreat, celebrity cast members take a week-long vacation for an honest, uncensored conversation about the challenges and triumphs of their relationships, the complexities of love, heartache and communication – as well as mental health, overcoming infidelity, navigating grief and loss, spirituality and more.  Among the celebrity couples is Styles P. and Adjua Styles who maintain a strong bond after 25+ years of marriage after facing hardships such as infidelity and the loss of their daughter to suicide. 

 Styles P is a member of the legendary hip hop group The LOX (alongside Jadakiss and Sheek Louch). The LOX reunited in 2014 and Styles P. continues to tour, both with The LOX and as a solo artist.

Adjua Styles is an entrepreneur, author, mother and wife. She’s been featured in Oprah’s “Black Love” documentary, Madame Noire, Revolt, Vibe, Rolling Out and BET among others. After the passing of their daughter, Tai, Adjua has allowed spirituality to guide her on her path to healing. As the author of The Ethereal Hike: How to Discern the Privilege of Loss Through the Power of Love, she hopes to help others move through their own trauma and go from surviving to thriving.
