No judgment! Easier said than done, right? With a lot of these steps that we talk about, it is obvious that they are good, but how to get started implementing them. First I want you to practice not judging yourself. Look at you alignment of mind, body and spirit, are your values at the top? Do you give time to filling your cup? Do you have unrealistic expectations of yourself? Be honest with yourself, AND have compassion! Once you do that, you can start making choices that you will not judge poorly.
