When a president doesn't provide his country even the basics, what happens?

When a sitting president fails to provide even the basics for the country's existance he/she so solemnly swore in to do so, food, water, secured borders exct.... what in the world would be the byproducts of this type of behavior??  Better yet, why and how could the citizens of that country, allow that president to get away with soooooooo many lies as he/she continues to get rich and provide other counttries with the wealth of the country he/she supposed to serve???  When a president behaves this way, wouldn't this be a better time than any, to at least get the ball rolling for an impeachment???  Come join me tonight as I dive into the specifics of why there are food shortages, unclean water, poor health care and total confusion, tonight I'm talking about only here in America from 9pm-11pm at 563 999-3618
