i cannot have no evil or insane people around me

I have been targeted in my neighborhood by a dangerous African American,white,latino,arab mentally ill person who are strangers. They were jealous of me and that is why the system failed if they do not lock up these evil  and insane people because these particular people are dangerous, I cannot hang out with people who have a criminal record, in and out of jail, I cannot out with criminals, drug addicts, no one who was in and out of mental hospitals, or evil ,narcissistic, severe mental illness, ,cannot mind their busines---->  these people are dangerous and evil -anyone that might be evil or is insane
