Balsam (Sibylle Preuschat) has immersed herself in many studies, including Tantric and Taoist meditation, holistic wellness, the use of flower essences and essential oils, and improvisational movement. Her debut CD, recorded with percussionist Alfredo Villela, is called Feel the Love, Get the Respect: From Nature, For You, With Music. This CD joins together Balsam's two greatest passions: singing and sharing strategies for collaborative, conscious, mutually beneficial partnership between humans and natural/physical/biological intelligence. Balsam is an experienced workshop facilitator, teacher, and consultant who has witnessed again and again with her clients that when human souls learn how to consciously seek out and receive the support and wisdom inherent in natural/physical/bodily intelligence, their creativity and power on the Earth plane flourishes.
