Vancouver, British Columbia Country artist LISA BROKOP - now living in Nashville - has delivered hits to Country radio & CMT for years including Give Me A Ring Sometime, Take That, She Can't Save Him, I'd Like To See You Try & How Do I Let Go. Lisa's success as a songwriter is not only evidenced by the songs she's written for herself but by the songs she's had recorded by Reba McEntire, Pam Tillis & Terri Clark. In the 1994 film Harmony Catsshe played a country singer who leaves home in search of a big break in Nashville. Lisa contributed to the movie's soundtrack and her cover of Stand By Your Man - the Tammy Wynette classic - was released as a single to radio. Lisa now performs as part of the duo The Jeffersons with her husband singer/songwriter Paul Jefferson (who co-wrote Aaron Tippin's hit song That's As Close As I'll Get To Loving You & co-wrote You're Not My God with Keith Urban recorded by Keith on the album Golden Roads). Paul & Lisa's debut album as a duo is called The Jeffersons, Vol. 1. Tune in to catch up with Lisa as she talks about her career highlights, stories behind her songs & much more!
