Ashley Curry holds multiple roles at Stillman College, including Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations, Senior Women’s Leader, and Head Track & Field/Cross Country Coach. A native of Meridian, MS, she graduated from Grambling State University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a M.S. in Sports Administration.
At Stillman, Curry achieved significant milestones as a coach, including being the first to have a two-time NAIA national qualifier and Athlete of the Year. She also played a key role in enhancing the athletic department by implementing policies to facilitate growth and elevating the department's grade point average to gain national recognition. Prior to Stillman, Curry was an assistant coach, recruiting coordinator, and athletic intern at GSU. As a student-athlete, graduate assistant, and assistant coach at GSU, she played a crucial part in helping the program achieve 11 SWAC championship titles and numerous individual titles for student-athletes.
Curry's personal motto is, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," (Philippians 4:13). Her passion for empowering young individuals through coaching and administrative support, is depicted by her life's motto: "From Aspirations to Achievements: Empowering Young Minds Through Coaching and Administrative Support."
