Aisha is recognized for her leadership skills, motivating people to achieve their goals, and her career playing basketball. She currently wears multiple hats as Director of Women's Basketball Recruiting at University of Kentucky, Author of Success Is My Major, Owner of Personal Growth Membership SuccessMajorMotivation.com, Host for Success Major Motivation Podcast, Co-host for Black Excellence in Sports Podcast, and Founder and Director of a nationally-recognized AAU Girls Basketball League.

As a women's baskeball student-athlete at Radford University, Aisha excelled on and off the court, winning numerous honors and recognitions including First Team All-Big South and Radford Athletics Senior Leader Award. She also founded and served as president for the organization Independent Women Achieving Goals in Education.

At Radford, she was determined to prepare herself for what was next. Basketball was her first true love; but the light bulbs that went off in her head while she discovered new things about herself sparked an obsession for leadership and personal development. She was able to turn adversities she faced into success and was driven to motivate others. 

Aisha has an undergraduate degree in Sport Administration and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education (2018). No matter her job title, she wants to help teach lessons to young people and motivate teams to be their very best.
