Schnea Nealy is the Associate A.D. for Student-Athlete Development at University of Tulsa. She is the Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Designee and oversees academics for women's basketball, volleyball, and football (defense). She is the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Board and serves on several committees with the American Athletic Conference Racial Equality Action Group. 

Prior to coming to University of Tulsa, Nealy was a youth program advisor at the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League. She also served as a Human Resources training analyst at Sabre, Inc.

Nealy is a 2012 graduate of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A) Professional Development Institute (PDI). She also is a certified and active member of N4A and a member of National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA).  Recently, she completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate at University of South Florida.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication in 1997 and a master's degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology in 2000, both from The University of Tulsa. Nealy is a wife, mother and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
