Chanelle S. Reynolds is the Director of Group Sales at the Washington Football Team.  She started her career as an account executive in the NBA G League at the Philadelphia 76ers organization.  

She has achieved accolades throughout her career such as being featured in Delaware Today Magazine as one of their Top Women in Business and being named 40 under 40 by the Delaware Business Times.

 In addition to her front office endeavors, Chanelle played a pivotal role that founded the Washington Football Team’s Black Engagement Network, where she is currently the co-chair.   With Chanelle's leadership, the Washington Football Team became the first NFL club to have its own Black Engagement Network chapter.  Chanelle is a proud HBCU graduate and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is also an active member of the National Black MBA Association, DC Chapter.

Chanelle's other endeavors include speaking, writing, and ministering. Recently, she created a national membership-based association for black sports and entertainment professionals: National Black Sports & Entertainment Professionals Association (NBSEP).
