Kiambra (Kiki) Griffin joined the women's basketball program at Manhattan College as director of operations in July 2019. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, as well as social media and marketing initiatives, like the program's first ever Pride Game, co-hosted with Manhattan's LGBTQ+ student group.
During the 2018-19 season, Griffin served as a graduate assistant for the women's basketball program at Columbia, where she also earned a master's degree in sports management. She was one of eight students to receive NACDA's 2019 John McLendon Minority Postgraduate Scholarship.
As an undergraduate at Davidson from 2014-2018, Griffin served as a manager and administrative assistant for the women's basketball team, focusing on game-day operations, recruiting administration, and film/scouting reports. She participated in the 2018 U.S. Olympic FLAME (Finding Leaders Among Minorities Everywhere) Program and the 2019 NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar
