Tonight we will hear the story of Melinda Teague a very unhappy State Farm customer. She will tell us about a recent car accident she had and despite having full coverage insurance through State Farm she was left holding the bag for very expensive car repairs. State Farm paid only a small amount of the total cost of repairs. State Farm told Ms. Teague she should have gotten used parts instead of new ones. The settlement was for the cost of what the used parts would have been. Ms.Teague is among thousands of unhappy State Farm customers who make similar claims of State Farm being guilty of breach of contract and bad faith once they filed claims.
