It's December, and the month that is most aasociated with celebration. Caribbean Global Voices is right here bringing you the Saturday Morning Entertainment Show with host Ivor Henry. It is the show that is meant to celebrate with you. To all those who celebrate a birthday in December we say Happy Birthday. So we invite you to begin your celebration now and continue for the rest of the month. Then there are those who are looking forward to celebrating Christmas, Carnival, Kwaanza, Hannukah, the Old Year, the New Year, the Winter Solstice - It's a season of celebration. We invite the fans to send their greetings around the world to whoever is celebrating and whatever they may celebrate. Then enjoy a morning of inspiration, sports, music, commentary and conversation.

An official at Buckingham palace repeatedly questioned the presence and legitimacy of a Black woman As usual the response is that somebody will resign, sombody is suspended an investigation will be conducted and then the companies will institute sensitivity and other types of training. Then the same thing happens again and again. Do these training sessions have any effect? Is there something else that can be done?
