In Georgia, Brianna Grier, a 28 year old young lady was killed when she fell from a moving police patrol car after she was taken into custody. Investigation reveals that the car door was left open as the police drove away. Was this murder, negligent homicide, voluntary manslaughter.? Brianna is Black. Were the police willful and deliberate, less concerned, more reckless or more negligent because of this fact? Brianna's mother called 911 seeking help because Brianna was experiencing a mental health crisis. Why are police rather than health care professionals called to respond to a mental health crisis? 

Lane, Keung and Thao have been sentenced in federal court for violation of civil rights for their role in the murder of George Floyd. What do you think of the 3-31/2 year sentences? 

Where are we going with these sexual/gender categorizations. Are you sufficiently confused?   How would you characterize New Jersey prison officials who housed a person in one of these gender categories in a female prison. They eventually had to change their minds because said person, who did not identify as a male, ended up impregnating two of the females.
