In today's trying environment, we can't help but be overwhelmed by feelings of depression and sadness. For me, today was one of those days. Looking for help, I scoured the Internet and chanced upon a very informative article by Madison Sonnier. Madison is both a blogger and author. And in reviewing her 30 ways, I found that I have picked some of them up along the way. But I now have discovered many more. I found this article to be extremely helpful.
