There's one thing that all great churches have in common and no it's not a really cool worship service or an ultra modern building. In fact it's not even the pastor.

All great churches are grounded in the Word of God. 

Yet many today in the church growth movement tell me that you can't build a great church by simply preaching the The Word of God.

They've told me in the past to stop being preachy, they claim that we live in a modern world and you can't do that anymore.

They say we need a new and modern theology and authority for building the church, but that's not true! 

In fact, God's Word isn't only needed for a great church, it's needed in each and every day in the life of a believer and Terri and I can testify to that truth after what we've been through this year as Terri was supernaturally healed from cancer.
