SDG 118 Is Your Prayer Answered or Unanswered?

Christians often think about prayer backwards.

Wouldn't you like to get in on what God's doing for His glory and your good?  That's what prayer is all about!

So are you more focused on the prayer or the results you are seeking from the prayer than God's glory?  If so you have it backwards!

Today's message is about prayer and when it seems to be unanswered.  

Now that’s a problem to many of us.

We know that we are to pray and of course we should, but so many times we pray and our prayer seems unanswered.

Now of course we all know when we pray and our prayer receives a “speedy delivery” and we are answered immediately

But at times when we pray, we ask questions like  “Why doesn’t God answer my prayer. Why does my prayer seem to be, at any rate, unanswered?”

So today we’ll look at prayers that are simply denied, strategically delayed or strangely different.
