"PAUSE" it's OK ! Maybe Even a Good Thing They Say ...

Since its still Women's History Month and since the word PAUSE came up in my readings & then showed up again & again while watching movies or videos, I thought um... that's a word worthy of more discussion as it relates to Women (&men too of course) but especially since it is also a BUTTON/aTab that you can actually push (& you already know I love them buttons :-) I think the pause button is only second to my <3 of the REWIND button) There are benefits to taking a second to catch your breath, & at this point Boomers it has almost become a necessity - if you don't know "you better ask somebody" about moving too D fast -  to have a "Best Rest of Your Life!"
