When creating your plot do you create the ending or start from the beginning first 

How do you create that opening paragraph to capture interest

Is it a scene with or without dialogue

Do you always fit your main character in this scene or is it the killer or someone else

All too often after reading so many books at times in the middle they drag, veer away from the main plot or the middle drags out you can’t wait for the ending: how do you avoid that 

When creating your middle of a novel how fo the characters help to move the action from slowing down

What about the villain?

Suspense is hard and making sure readers don’t figure out who the killer is can be difficult:?how do you prevent this from happening?
