Detective Charles Floyd is back working with Manny Perez as they are both drawn into a case hoping to catch an abominable killer. Floyd is drawn back into the game by Cuban born Miami Detective Perez who is on a mission to cathc a notooriously elusive thief named Francis Hoyt.
