“Father Time” is a selfish creature! Regardless of how prepared or unprepared we are for him, after he comes… then he’s gone, never to return again. Many parents and guardians find themselves challenged with the dilemma of rearing children to become successful as they develop over time. In the Urban American experience, the one thing that is consistent is the need to be very deliberate about managing the time of young people; so that they are growing to be most productive in life.
