PEDIATRIC CONCERNS FACING SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN
Increasingly, instructional time in public schools is hampered by absences due to childhood related illness. Many parents are simply not aware of the very common causes for these obstructing illnesses. In some cases entire schools have to close due to health threats. Clearly there is a need to provide health related education to parents and communities in the interest of improving academic performance outcomes.
Please join TALK-STRAIGHT host, Rev. Dr. Rueben Dockery and his special guest, Dr. Nedra Clem-Jackson M.D., Family Physician of Brentwood, Tennessee - as they focus on suggestions for improving health and wellness conditions of children attending public schools.
