Over the last year or so, Talk-Straight has held many discussions about the plight and make up of Urban America. To a large extent the focus of topics has been on the poor and at-risk population that has been around for decades. However, over the last thirty to forty years, the face of Urban America has changed! Certain neighborhoods have taken on new residents and the properties are being both vacated and renovated at the same time.
