I help guide my clients to empower themselves as we move with the process. All the while, treating you with gentleness and compassion in a space of true safety as you get together we explore intimate and personal topics such as shame, unworthiness, sexual arousal, numbness. I will often utilize tools from my toolbox that I have collected from my own healing journey to help support both women and couples in empowering themselves in their own healing. Clients can see their healing often mirrors healing in other parts of their life such as marriage, relationships and business and therefore as they work on themselves they also see results in other areas of their life.

Battling many “female” issues in my own body as well as  thyroid cancer that began in my 20’s  led me on my spiritual path. I began my healing journey with Reiki and Kundalini Yoga in 2014.

 I also successfully became a Certified Women’s Empowerment Coach & Certified Crystal/Yoni Egg Coach.

I am a proud Mom, Passion & Pleasure Embodiment Coach, RN, KRI Certified 220-hr. Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Certified 200hr. Ayurveda Yoga Teacher, Certified Chair & Restorative Yoga Teacher, Certified Usui Reiki Master, Gong/ Energy Practitioner and Ordained Minister. In my personal life..

After decades of living in a loveless marriage, I celebrate being in a happy, healthy & loving relationship. I love to laugh hard and love big and most of all have fun with with the company of my eclectic Sister friends. I am an active yoga practitioner, and runner, perpetual student, avid reader, nature lover and world traveler.
