Believers all over the world celebrate Holy Week, commemorating the last eight days of Jesus’ life on earth. This is a sacred time. A time of opportunity to reflect on and express
gratitude to God for the most important events in the history of the world but what Christ has accomplished in the lives of the Believer (Us). The week begins on Palm Sunday and ends on Easter Sunday, each day set apart by various special services, readings, songs, and events.
We have a word on today to captivate your mind, to illuminate your heart and to lift you to a greater level in the Lord Jesus Christ. We will take you on a journey to greater peace, to greater hope and closer to Jesus as we set the pace for victory.
The theme for this month of April is “Fighting with Spiritual Weapons!” The lesson for this First on Saturday in April is “Celebrating Holy Week!”
John 12:12-15 King James Version
12 On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.
14 And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written,
15 Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt.
