There is certainly something to be said about the harmonic vocals of siblings that can sing, but no other group, male or female was able to create what the legendary Pointer Sisters created for the world. These beautiful sisters gave us the big band feel of the Andrews sisters but laced in funk and gospel stylings. Listen closely and you will hear it all. Amazingly talented sisters, beautiful each one of them. For decades the Pointer Sisters have been a household name and for good reason. I remember seeing them on soul train back in the day. I remember when Bonnie ventured out and made us dance while her sisters continued making amazing music as well.
