A lot of ladies say that they go "CRAZY" over a "Well-Dressed" man.  Are these type men far and in between.  Have men stop caring about the way they look these days.  Or is being "well-dress" OLD-FASHIONED?  

What about young business men who wear their suits and are booted? So it can't be old fashioned.  Are men just getting lazy?  Is it a financial situation?  WHY WHY WHY? 

And finally, how true is what the ladies claim? Do they really care about how the man is dressed?
