Afrer serving a long sentence in the prison during Frans Douw's employment as warden, Khalil made an astonishing career in supporting others to return to society. Frans speaks highly of this intelligent,  hard working individual who has a leading, regional role in his organization. He has a huge network and he's very familiar with high level public servants, politicians and others.
