Ms. Casados has not been able to see her son in 7 years and is speaking out on this and many issues within the penal system. Tosha Smith-Mills, CEO of a talent agency, Paralegal and Visionary, has been a friend and advocate for Maria, as they like many of us, have gone through the pain and sorrow of losing a loved one to the mass incarcerations that occur in the United States' Penal System.
