We have mass incarcerations in the U.S. Penal System, that could be prevented, if more Mental Health Specialist, Department of Mental Health,  Psychological Associations, Substance Abuse Facilities and other Providers in the U.S. were to appropriately and successfully provide the Services they vow to do. 

Jenn Mather, joins us today to provide her philosophical views on these serious issues resulting in mass incarceration of individuals, from the communities, suffering from Mental Health and Substance Abuse Issues, who subsequently commit crime and sentenced to prison, rather than Long-Term Residential Treatment Facilities.
