Wilemon-Church, a Licensed Private Investigator, and Founder of a unique nonprofit organization called, "The Other Victims' Advocacy", also known as (TOVA), which is which offers 24/7 assistance to families of the individuals accused of a crime, seeing them through the entire process and helping to balance the scales of justice.
