Tom Dormer, our guest every Thursday,  is back to discuss the Seriousness of mass incarceration, the barriers to success once released from prison. Tom will discuss the proud and boastful individuals placed in position to control the currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, rather than encourage and ensure their well being and productivity once returning to society.  It is always the so-called righteous in higher positions, that seem to cause more barriers to productivity than those they are supposed to monitor.
