Following two extensive sentences he face himself, in a State and Federal Prison, Kardell Sims transformed his own life from convicted felon to a Certified Entrepreneur, inmate to inspiration .Kardell doesn't stop at that, He is also the Founder, President of the Northside Organization, reinventing the Honor (N.O.R.T.H.) , a nonprofit organization that enriches, educates and encourages others to their purpose and to fulfill their destiny.  Kardell also teaches felon Re-Entry education. Kardell is a native of Sedalia, Missouri and pours his time into helping people grow from being an inmate to their freedom.
