Good afternoon everyone. I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Prisoner Advocate and Host for Blog Talk Radio Shedding Light. As many of you know, we have been having ongoing open discussions about First-Time Offenders serving Life/LWOP sentences for an offense, committed prior to their 25th birthday and many who have thus far served 20, 25 or more years of that very harsh sentence.

Today, we will discuss updates on Mass Incarcerations, the pain that BOTH, families of victims and families of the fallen offender/s, must endure when a tragedy occurs. No one knows the fate of their children or any other member/s of a family, as is the case with many loved ones of the incarcerated who have fallen.
